Focus Groups
Whether an organization is naming a product, entering a new market or
evaluating customer needs, focus groups can produce valuable qualitative
information on which to base a marketing program.
Franco Public Relations Group offers its expertise in developing and
leading focus groups – from identifying participants to conducting a
session. For each client’s focus group, Franco creates a moderator’s
guide with prompting questions that helps to elicit a group’s true
opinions and attitudes about specific subject matter. We then assist
each client in identifying and inviting participants to gather for a 60-
to 90-minute focus-group session to explore these questions. Franco’s
highly experienced moderators lead the session, which is audiotaped,
videotaped or both, according to a client’s individual needs.
Following each session, Franco provides a report with recommendations
that is based on the comments of participants. Clients find these
recommendations extremely valuable in shaping their marketing efforts.
Trade Shows
For nearly four decades, Franco has helped its clients leverage
their participation in all types of trade shows, conferences and
exhibitions. We help to develop trade-show materials, including brochure
design and copy, video and other electronic productions, displays, and
live presentations, and train employees to staff exhibit booths in a way
that heightens brand image and improves a client’s ability to capture
sales leads.
Franco builds media relations programs around trade-show participation.
For each client’s exhibit, our team of professionals work to attract
media interest in the products or services that are highlighted. We
organize news conferences that demonstrate new products or services and
place clients on featured speaking panels. We work to place feature news
articles on a company before, during and after a trade show.
Franco provides both media training and presentation training to prepare
executives for their appearances at trade shows, giving them a
competitive advantage in ensuring that they convey their organization’s
marketing message powerfully and effectively.
New Product Launches and Other Marketing Programs
Franco has extensive experience launching new products, companies
and brands. We have worked with entrepreneurs and major corporations to
open stores in new communities, to bring new inventions to market, to
promote a line of products and to change public perceptions of
companies.
We develop a marketing plan for products ranging from brochures and
videos to packaging and signage and then create the support resources
required by a client’s staff to implement the program. We can develop
sales track scripts for telemarketers, advertising messages and
materials for placement in the news media.

techniques, Franco works with innovative methods to bring a client’s
product and its company before audiences in ways that will help to
