Situation & Approach 

If you’re part of the automotive retail industry, you’ve heard of NADA Show.

Hosted by the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), the annual conference dominates the dealership world for three days as the site of major OEM announcements, captivating industry discussions and countless vendor demos.

For our 5th NADA Show with client automotiveMastermind (aM) – and first major in-person trade show since 2020 – our team hit the ground running in preparation for the 2022 conference, supporting integrated efforts including graphic design, videography, social media content, media relations, paid media and on-site event support.

Our Work in Action

Leading into the show, our team created social media graphics to build excitement around being back in Las Vegas. Shared across aM’s brand channels and amplified through a Franco-managed LinkedIn employee advocacy program, these graphics paired aM branded imagery with Vegas icons and catchy copy to count down the days until #NADAShow with 10 reasons why attendees needed to visit aM’s booth on the show floor. 

Franco’s creative team elevated the design of aM’s branded decks that were presented to interested prospects during product demos on the showfloor, in addition to designing printed assets placed throughout the booth and providing post-production services to create a branded video wall for the show.

To reach attendees on the show floor, our team leveraged similar designs and messaging to create three full-page print ads, published in the Automotive News NADA Show Dailies that were distributed each day of the conference.

During the show, our team captured a ton of original photos and videos, including interviews from aM SMEs from the show floor, which we shared on social media during and after the show. We also coordinated multiple media interviews with industry media and a prominent podcast influencer on the show floor, focused on what aM was doing to help dealers break new records in 2022.
