Franco is an integrated communications agency that builds strategic programs for B2B and B2C clients in a variety of industries with a local, national and global reach. We’re proud to be a women-led and women-owned agency, with CEO Tina Kozak serving as the first woman CEO in the Franco’s history.

Our integrated programs include a wide range of PR, marketing, digital and creative services. Strategy and program management tie everything together, with data and analysis woven into every program from the onset. We deliver “big agency” programs while simultaneously being flexible, attentive and nimble.

Practicing What We Preach

We fundamentally believe in continuing education to bring the most up-to-date integrated communications expertise to our team and clients.

We have invested in putting our team members through the PESO Model certification through the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Additionally, several team members hold a variety of certifications in email marketing, content marketing, social media and SEO. Franco also pays for professional development memberships and other learning/training opportunities for our team members.
