Every new year brings with it a fresh mix of opportunities and challenges. We view both as moments to grow. In 2025, we began the year by celebrating promotions across the agency, and we’re thrilled to continue that momentum as we move into 2026.

Instead, our team members earn promotions when they’ve demonstrated they are already successfully operating at the next level. When that happens, we know they’re ready to fully step into the role.

Emily Hebert Promoted to Strategic Growth Manager
Emily’s promotion to strategic growth manager marks the creation of a new role at Franco – one that aligns with how we’re evolving our approach to agency growth.
As AI continues to transform the communications landscape, we’re seeing firsthand that companies need experienced and strategic human partners more than ever. Strategy is where Franco shines, and it’s where Emily’s passion and expertise naturally live.
Emily has consistently demonstrated strategic thinking, strong collaboration and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth. In her new role, she will continue to support Franco’s new business growth strategy, help strengthen our market positioning and work with select clients on integrated communications strategy.
She’ll collaborate closely with agency leadership on new business goals, refine processes and materials, guide strategy development and project management for client programs and help ensure excellence across our new business team.
Alex London Promoted to Senior Paid Media Specialist
Alex brought deep passion and digital advertising expertise to Franco when she joined the team a few years ago, and she continues to raise the bar for our paid media capabilities.
Over the past year, Alex has done a phenomenal job stepping into new client opportunities and expanding her responsibilities, making her promotion to senior paid media specialist a natural next step. She consistently elevates our work through data-driven planning, thoughtful budget management, strong optimization skills and creative problem-solving.
Alex’s ability to balance performance metrics with strategic insight has made her an invaluable partner to both clients and internal teams. We’re excited to see her continue to grow, lead and shape the future of paid media at Franco.
Lucas Polack Promoted to Integrated Communications Specialist
Since joining Franco a few years ago, Lucas has supported a wide range of client programs while gaining experience across multiple areas of integrated communications.
Along the way, he’s developed a strong passion for media relations (particularly within our automotive programs) while also contributing across other industries.
Lucas has demonstrated impressive storytelling abilities, strong content development skills and consistent, reliable support for both his teams and clients. His growth is evident not only in the quality of his work, but in the value he brings to every project he touches. This promotion recognizes both the progress he’s made and the potential we see ahead.
