Following the recent promotion of six Franconians, we have more Franco growth news to share with the addition of five new team members!

Reflecting on an unprecedented year for all, we entered 2021 feeling optimistic for continued Forward Motion despite unpredictable challenges and disruptions. When we hire new team members and elevate current employees within the company, we always reference our core values (with that being one of them). Welcoming these new professionals to the Franco Family encompasses the full package, including Opportunity, Courageous Truth, Empathy, Persistence and Family + Team + Community.

Without further ado, meet the newest Franconians:

John Bozick – Integrated Communications Specialist
Best described as a “Jack of All Trades,” John provides media relations, social media, content writing and visual support – a combination of his greatest strengths – for Franco’s automotive, B2B and nonprofit clients. No stranger to integrated communications, he got his start at Oakland University working at the Oakland Post, followed by positions with General Motors, Detroitist and freelancing for Detroit organizations. John once traveled to Greece to report on and research the refugee crisis, which he calls his most memorable and influential experience.

Alexis Schuchert – Integrated Communications Coordinator
Alexis exudes so much positivity energy! She works with a variety of Franco’s consumer, nonprofit and professional services clients, with a specific focus on content development, media relations and social media. Alexis gained experience working at Krapohl Ford & Lincoln, the National Academy of TV Arts and Sciences – Michigan Chapter and Butter Knife (a PR agency based in Cape Town, South Africa). Fun fact: Alexis is a talented performer who has participated in several choirs, musicals and a cappella groups.

Ryan Solecki – Paid Search & Digital Marketing Specialist
A pro at navigating digital strategy, Ryan supports Franco’s clients in creating targeted and integrated digital marketing strategies and programs from start to finish. His career started in the automotive industry as a social media specialist with FCA, and he also held positions in social media, website management and digital marketing in the retail and healthcare industries. An avid golfer and comedy fan, Ryan finds inspiration in self-improvement, both personally and professionally.

Lily Stotz – Creative Coordinator
Lily develops dynamic design work that meets our clients’ goals. She believes in riding the line between creative innovation and effective communication to deliver powerful designs that resonate with audiences. Prior to Franco, Lily worked as a design intern for Oakland University’s communication and marketing department where she brought the university’s Instagram and various branding campaigns to life. If Lily isn’t at her desk making digital art – surrounded by her 34 plants – she can be found enjoying live music, traveling or on the hunt for the best coffee shop in metro Detroit.

Grace Turner – Integrated Communications Specialist
Considering herself a lifelong learner, Grace supports a variety of Franco’s automotive and B2B accounts with an emphasis on media relations and content writing. Leveraging her previous editorial experience serving as the associate editor for DBusiness, as well as an education reporter for the Times Herald, she transitioned to an in-house media relations expert and content writing aficionado. When not working from the comfort of her chaise longue, Grace can be found tending to one of her 40(ish) houseplants or sewing her own formal gowns.

We’re always on the lookout for great talent. If you want to be part of a data-driven, people-powered company that’s on the forefront of integrated communications, submit your resume.
