As an agency led by women, the Franco team is proud to celebrate the progress females have made in the workplace – on International Women’s Day, throughout Women’s History month and as part of our agency core values.
Aligning with this year’s IWD theme of #BreaktheBias, we’re excited to highlight two talented women leaders stepping into new roles at Franco: Nikki Little and Ashley DuPuy Mancuso.
We congratulate and celebrate these Franconians on the rise!
Nikki Little has been promoted to Senior Vice President.
She will join Tina Kozak, Tina Sullivan and Dan Ponder as a shareholder in the agency. In addition to leading and providing counsel for several Franco clients, Nikki also leads the agency’s marketing efforts and has set new levels of excellence in agency promotion since taking on that role. She also continues to champion integrated communications efforts within the agency and the industry.
Ashley DuPuy Mancuso has been promoted to Associate Creative Director.
Over the past six years, Ashley she has not only elevated Franco’s design capabilities and offerings but forged a path for herself in the agency and grown exponentially as a leader. As Associate Creative Director, Ashley will continue to be responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing the creative team and ensuring client objectives are achieved. In her new role, Ashley will also join Franco’s Leadership Team.
