Summer bodies are made in the winter, right? Here at Franco, we want to get in better shape and live healthier lifestyles so many of us have made a commitments to eat more nutritious food, hit the gym and drink more water. To that end, we’ve launched Franco Fit Club to help us stick to our goals.

We kicked off Franco Fit Club with a health cooking demonstration by Chef Paul from Ulliance. He shared some great healthy cooking tips with the team and motivated us to make better food choices, which we’ve promised to do.


Here are some of the other goals we’ve committed to:


My goal is to increase my physical activity, starting with at least 30 minutes every day (the Ren Cen Fitness membership should help with that!). I’m also trying to drink more water and snack less in the office. –Tina Kozak, president

My goal is to eat healthier, lose most of my muffin top and feel better about how I look in my bathing suit by summer. –Lori Cook, office manager

My goal is to make it to yoga every other day. For February, I’m shooting for 14 classes! –Jennifer Spears, assistant account executive


My Franco Fit Club goal is to drink at least 64 oz. of water per day. Recommended guidelines is to drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water a day…. or the 8×8 rule. I’d say I’ve got this goal in the bag! (Or should I say water bottle?) –Andrea Kenski, account supervisor


My goal is to make healthier food choices and go to the gym 15 times every month. –Adriane Davis, digital marketing specialist

I’m trying to reduce body fat and improve my posture – sitting at a computer encourages me to be hunched over! –Franco team member


My goal is to drink more water this year and stay hydrated! –Elizabeth Robbins-Sabourin, account director
