Welcoming New Hires
Sofia Anderson - Integrated Communications Specialist – Digital
Sofia joins Franco as an experienced social media specialist and content strategist, having worked in industries ranging from automotive to tourism and supply chain management. She has a creative eye that allows her to generate new ideas and try new approaches for her clients. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Arts in public relations, advertising and Spanish from Grand Valley State University
Grace Alaska – Integrated Communications Coordinator
Grace brings immense value to the team with her expertise in digital marketing and B2B services. She has a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise and specializes in crafting content across a variety of platforms for clients in all industries. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from the Saginaw Valley State University Scott L. Carmona College of Business and a minor in graphic design.
Nina Scarpelli – Integrated Communications Intern
Nina joins our team for the summer as an Integrated Communications Intern. Her previous media relations and social media experience has shined through since joining our team, and she has already provided her teams with fresh and exciting ideas. Nina will be supporting a variety of clients in earned media, social media and project management roles. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
Julia Hosang – Summer Design Intern
Julia is our Design Intern this summer and will be supporting our creative department, gaining exposure to a variety of industry initiatives. She has a creative eye and passion for design and has already brought tremendous value to the team. Julia is going into her junior year at the College for Creative Studies, majoring in Advertising Design.
Celebrating Promotions
Emily Hebert – Promoted to Integrated Communications Supervisor
Emily joined the Franco team in 2020 as a Public Relations Coordinator and has made her way up the ranks to an Integrated Communications Supervisor. Since joining Franco, Emily has been a natural strategist, keeping her teams organized and helping our clients meet and exceed their goals. She is a diligent and dependable leader and is also committed to connecting the agency with right-fit clients through our new business process. We can’t wait to watch her continue to grow in her new role.
Alexis Schuchert – Promoted to Senior Integrated Communications Specialist
Alexis has been an integral part of our team since she joined Franco in 2021 as an Integrated Communications Coordinator. Alexis is truly a connoisseur of communication, leading stellar content development, media relations and project management for her clients. Our team has benefited from her leadership, unwavering dependability and positive attitude. There is no doubt Alexis will continue to do amazing things in her new role.
Lily Stotz – Promoted to Art Director
Since joining Franco in May 2021 as a Digital Creative Coordinator, Lily has been a superstar! She offers her clients unique and innovative solutions that transform any vision into a reality. Lily has also played a significant role on the Franco Marketing team by leveling up our branding and designing Franco swag, including our 60th anniversary designs. We are inspired by Lily’s work and thrilled to watch her flourish in this new role.
Christina Quirk – Promoted to Senior Integrated Communications Specialist
Since joining Franco in 2021 as an Integrated Communications Coordinator, Christina has provided her clients with program management, creative narratives, media relations and social media skills. She is passionate about curating stories that depict the work of our clients to further their mission and goals. Christina is a tenacious team member who is always going above and beyond on any project she is tasked with. The Franco team is lucky to have Christina, and we look forward to what’s next for her.
Galina Roehl – Promoted to Integrated Communications Specialist
Since Galina joined the Franco team in 2022 as an Integrated Communications Coordinator, she has served our clients and supported her teams with her creative writing skills, thoughtful storytelling and positive outlook. Her passion lies in sharing the stories of her clients, especially the ones who leave an impact on the world. Galina often exhibits our core value of opportunity, as she embraces every opportunity given to her to be better than the day she was before. We are proud of her continued growth!

Dan Horn Graduates from Leadership Detroit
Integrated Communications Director Dan Horn recently graduated from Leadership Detroit Class XLIV. Led by the Detroit Regional Chamber, the nine-month program takes an in-depth look at the city’s core issues, cultures and social dynamics, challenging leaders to succeed and create a lasting impact in their careers and communities through informed leadership. From media and communications to mobility, race and diversity, Leadership Detroit’s networking opportunities and expert-led workshops cover key topics affecting the Detroit region. Dan graduated alongside classmates from regional businesses, nonprofits and community organizations at Detroit’s Book Tower. Congratulations to Dan on this outstanding achievement!
Nikki Little Recognized with a DBusiness 30 in Their Thirties Award
Nikki Little, Senior Vice President and co-owner of Franco, joined 29 other trailblazers in this year’s DBusiness 30 in Their Thirties class. The program honors and recognizes metro Detroit business professionals in their 30’s who have achieved notable success in their respective fields.
At Franco, Nikki oversees strategic initiatives for clients and the agency, with a specific focus on integrating and aligning communications services. Aside from her position at Franco, she wears several hats. She is involved in the community as an Impact100 Oakland County board member, she publishes the The MichComms Report e-newsletter and she is a very involved mom with her two children. We are incredibly proud of Nikki for receiving this high honor, as well as everything she does for Franco and the metro Deroit community.
