Here at Franco, we’re all about celebrating the wins. In the last few months our team has had plenty of them! In addition to serving as a partner for our clients and developing integrated communications programs to meet their goals, our team has made great strides worth celebrating.
Every change is guided by our six core values:
Let us introduce a new Franconian and share some exciting news about our other stellar team members who all embrace these core values daily.
Erica Swoish Promoted to Integrated Communications Manager
Since starting at Franco in 2013, Erica has climbed the ranks from assistant account executive to her new role: integrated communications manager. Over the years, she has grown into a specialized role focusing on strategic planning, program management, content development and event management. In addition to overseeing various accounts in the nonprofit and B2B sectors, Erica’s expertise guides our agency’s new business and marketing efforts.
Above all, her creativity and willingness to take new challenges head-on greatly benefit our agency and clients.
Lily Stotz Moves into Digital Creative Coordinator Role
Upon joining the team in early 2021, Lily’s skills and digital expertise quickly led to carving out a new role on our growing design team. To better align with the evolving position, we’re thrilled to announce a small but mighty update to her title: creative coordinator to digital creative coordinator.
Throughout her first year on the team, Lily’s passion for supporting Franco’s digital creative efforts made an incredible impact on our clients and agency. Her day-to-day role includes creating digital, multi-media assets to support various projects, including websites, advertising, emails, social media and animations. With this new role, Lily will continue focusing on strategizing new approaches to reach audiences and stand out in today’s digital media landscape
