Situation

Cella, a provider of warehouse management software for manufacturers, partnered with Franco to strengthen its marketing foundation and better communicate the value of its platform. While the company had strong technology and a growing customer base, its digital presence and messaging did not clearly reflect the sophistication of its product or the operational challenges it solves for manufacturers.

As Cella expanded its sales efforts and partnerships, the company needed a modern website, clearer messaging and sales tools that could consistently tell its story and support conversations with prospects and partners.

Approach

Franco worked closely with Cella’s leadership and sales team to understand the product, the sales process and the common challenges faced by manufacturers managing warehouse operations. Through collaborative working sessions, we identified where Cella’s technology delivers the most value and built a messaging framework around those insights.

This approach ensured the website, sales materials and supporting content all reinforced a consistent narrative and could scale alongside Cella’s growing go-to-market efforts.

Website Strategy and Redesign

Franco led the messaging and content strategy for the redesign of cella-tech.com, partnering with Codified on the technical build. Our work included:

  • Developing updated messaging for the home page and product pages.
  • Writing supporting content, including case studies and blog posts.
  • Collaborating on a revised sitemap and wireframes to better align the site with the customer journey.

The result was a modern website that clearly communicates how Cella helps manufacturers improve visibility, efficiency and operations on the warehouse floor.

Messaging and Sales Enablement

As Cella continued to grow, Franco partnered with the team to refine its positioning and develop sales tools that support the buying process. This work included:

  • Developing a new sales deck structured around those messaging pillars.
  • Building sales enablement materials to help internal teams and partners communicate the platform’s value.
