The Situation

Managing paid advertising across multiple platforms for multiple clients means constant context switching. Every day requires logging into various ad platforms separately to check for delivery issues, budget pacing and performance shifts.

That manual process is time consuming and could create gaps. A problem on one account can go unnoticed until a scheduled check-in, and pulling together a quick performance snapshot for a team or client often means stopping other work to compile numbers from scratch.

As Franco’s paid media workload grew across more clients and platforms, we needed a faster way to monitor accounts, catch issues early and keep our team and clients informed, without adding hours of manual review to every week.

The Solution

Rather than relying on manual exports or one-off reports, we built custom connectors linking our Google, Meta and LinkedIn ad accounts directly to Claude and ChatGPT. This gave our team the ability to query live campaign data through natural conversation instead of navigating multiple platform dashboards.

Instead of logging into each platform on a fixed schedule to look for problems, we can now check on performance across accounts in one place and flag delivery issues or pacing concerns as they come up, often before they affect campaign performance. When a team member or client needs a status update, we can pull a clear performance snapshot in minutes instead of building a report from scratch.

This connection also extended visibility beyond any one person. Account leads can check on their own paid programs directly through Claude or ChatGPT, without having to go through the paid specialist managing the program. Work that used to require manually pulling and formatting data from each platform now comes together more consistently across accounts, making reporting on campaign performance streamlined and more efficient.

Results

For our clients, this translates directly into faster response times and more consistent communication. Issues affecting ad delivery or performance are caught and addressed sooner, which protects budget efficiency and campaign momentum. Clients also get more timely updates because our team can put together a clear picture of account performance without waiting for a full reporting cycle.

Just as importantly, this reduces reliance on any single point of contact. If a client’s primary account lead is unavailable, another team member can access up to date performance information and answer questions, so clients are never left waiting.

Leveraging AI for paid media programs isn’t about replacing the work our team does – it’s about improving the repetitive, time sensitive parts so more of our time goes toward strategy and the decisions that move our client results forward.
