We established 2022 as the year of connection – and it truly set the tone for the last 12 months. Our team welcomed new connections with clients, colleagues and the Detroit community.
Heading into the new year, our team is ready to embrace new challenges, new opportunities and new roles with open arms.
Regardless of the year at-hand, everything we do is guided by our six core values:
Join us in welcoming three new full-time Franconians, as well as celebrating many well-deserved promotions.
Welcoming New Team Members
Galina Roehl – Integrated Communications Coordinator
Since Galina joined Franco a few months ago, she has brought immense value to the team through her creative thinking and well-rounded experience, having previously worked in nonprofit, advertising and agency settings. She’ll continue to provide our team with stellar earned and shared media support as we enter the new year.
Marcela Sifuentes – Integrated Communications Coordinator
We’re thrilled to announce that Marcela, formerly our Integrated Communications Intern, has transitioned into a full-time role as an Integrated Communications Coordinator. She’s done a tremendous job supporting nonprofit, B2C and B2B clients with social media, media relations and more. We love when our interns move into full-time roles!
Lucas Polack – Integrated Communications Coordinator
We’re pleased to introduce Lucas as our newest hire in 2023. Serving as our Integrated Communications Intern in the fall of 2022, Lucas has transitioned into a full-time role as an Integrated Communications Coordinator. His strong integrated communications skills have already made serious impact for our nonprofit and B2B clients.
Celebrating Promotions
Rachel Burnard Promoted to Integrated Communications Manager
Now one of Franco’s favorite podcast co-hosts, Rachel has been a superstar since joining the Franco team as an intern in 2016. Over the years, our team has benefited from her event planning expertise, exceptional project management skills and ability to inspire, mentor and lead her teams. We’re excited to see what Rachel will accomplish in her new role.
Lexi Trimpe Promoted to Integrated Communications Manager – Digital
Since joining the Franco team is 2018, Lexi has trailblazed her role as our digital lead, both on client programs and for the agency. Whenever Lexi is faced with a problem or challenge, she demonstrates persistence, not backing down until it’s resolved. Our digital team and agency alike have grown thanks to her passion and ability to teach and mentor team members on data-driven best practices.
Tracy Wolf Promoted to Integrated Communications Supervisor
When Tracy joined Franco as an intern in the fall of 2018, she said, “I want to learn everything as soon as possible!” In the time since, she has embraced the Franco core values of Opportunity and Forward Motion while becoming a leader in the agency. Tracy knows media relations like the back of her hand, and we look forward to watching her grow in her new role.
Catherine Pace Promoted to Integrated Communications Supervisor – Digital
Catherine has excelled since the minute she joined Franco as our first virtual hire in March 2020. She has a knack for client communication and integrated communications program management, while also exhibiting a strong understanding of the digital space. She’s dedicated to uplifting new team members, and we are thrilled to see her continued growth in our agency.
Ryan Solecki Promoted to Senior Paid Media Specialist
Since coming to Franco in 2021, Ryan has cemented himself as our resident paid media expert – from managing Google ad programs, to strategizing paid social media campaigns, to upholding reporting excellence. He has provided tremendous counsel and insight to support our clients and fuel continued agency growth. We’re very proud of how his role has expanded and evolved.
With these updates to the Franco team in place, we’re in a great position to hit the ground running in 2023.
